More and more people are getting excited as the much awaited Super Bowl 2011 will be held exactly 37days from now as of this writing next year on February 6, 2011 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. The last week of the NFL regular season will be held next year at January 2, 2011 with the last game between St. Louis Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks at Qwest Field.
Since Super Bowl 2011 is fast approaching, Tara Green, Vice President and COO of the North Texas Super Bowl 45 Host Committee points out a number of things to watch for as Super Bowl 2011 nears:
"In January, you're going to start seeing Super Bowl 2011 signage being installed, out at the airports, downtown areas, all around. It will be general awareness signage. And you'll see advertising for the NFL experience, radio TV-reps, the NFL has a very aggressive marketing campaign to promote Super Bowl 2011 ticket sales.", Green said.
"Billboards will be springing up from every where. Not just from NFL alone but also from Sponsors of the Super Bowl 45", Green continues. Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert has named attorney John Bar the Graffiti Czar as a cleanup of Graffiti is underway - thanks in part to a $100,000 donation from Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.
Super Bowl 2011 organizers warn the public not to be fooled by imitation game tickets or Super Bowl 2011 packages that include hotel room but not the tickets. They advise Super Bowl 2011 fans to pay using credit cards and not to use cash or personal check.
"You'll see a lot more Super Bowl 2011 merchandise for sale in the area. Make sure you look for the tag that has the official NFL logo on it that shows that it's a licensed merchandise", says Green. "I've started seeing a lot more signs going up that say, "Rent Your Homes For The Super Bowl". Buyer beware. There are enough hotel rooms in the area to accommodate all of the Super Bowl 2011 travelers that are coming in. Home rentals won't be a big factor here in North Texas. For a non-refundable listing fee, they'll rent your home out for the Super Bowl 2011. You see those year after year where Super Bowls are played, and people should not be fooled," Green continues.
Furthermore, he also advises fans to look for the friendly Super Bowl 2011 volunteers which will be at the airports, hotel functions, everywhere starting in the week of the Super Bowl. Fans should approach them and ask any questions they might have.
I can't wait what will be the final look of the Dallas Cowboys Stadium come Super Bowl 2011 next year. For more news on Super Bowl 45, standby here at Super Bowl 2011 Live Stream.

Week 5 have just been finished and we saw a lot of unexpected wins and losses among the games. A lot of teams have managed to catch up during week 5 and we have a very fair competition which might be open for all in week 6. Looking at the scores and results of the game, week 5 served as an equalizing week for teams who had been losing during weeks 1 to 4.
The Detroit Lions have awaken this week and made their first win against the St. Louis Rams. The Lions had been one of the good teams that hasn’t really been a factor until today. They defeated the rams with a bang, 44-6.
Meanwhile, Kansas City Chiefs suffered their first defeat in the season courtesy of the Indianapolis Colts. The powerhouse of the Colts lineup seems to be too strong for the Chiefs to handle. The Buffalo Bills on the other end falls to 0-5 in another defeat from the Jacksonville Jaguars.

If you're still asking what TV channel should you be tuning in next year February 6, 2011 to watch the Super Bowl 2011 live at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Fox got the official rights to broadcast it.
In the USA where the largest audience of the Super Bowl 2011 is located, Fox Sports is scheduled to televise the biggest football with commentator Joe Buck on play by play and Troy Aikman as the color commentator. The pre-game will be led by Curt Menefee, joined by Super Bowl winning analysts Terry Bradshaw, Michael Strahan, Jimmy Johnson, and Howie Long.
Since last week, September 15, 2010, a lot of advertisers have purchased ad spots at Fox already. In fact, Fox has sold 90% of all available slots. Pepsi-Cola will return after a one year retreat with three ads for their Pepsi Max drink, which is the official soft drink of the NFL, and like their Frito-Lay sibling brand Doritos, which is also returning, have their advertisements created by web users, and like the tortilla chip maker, offer a total prize of US $5 million of the top three ads if they win the annual USA Today Super Bowl Ad Meter contest. We already know that next year's biggest football event, Super Bowl 2011 will be held at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium next year on February 6, 2011 in Arlington, Texas.
To commemorate this historical Super Bowl event selection, starting from June 15, 2010 through February 6, 2011, the 30-mile section of Interstate 30 between Dallas and Fort Worth along which Cowboys Stadium is situated will be temporarily designated as the "Tom Landry Super Bowl Highway" in commemoration of Super Bowl 2011 in honor of former Dallas Cowboys coach Tom Landry.
But how was the Cowboys Stadium selected as the venue for the Super Bowl 2011? Who were the other contenders? Before the Cowboys Stadium was selected, three NFL cities presented bids to host next year's Super Bowl 2011.
- On January 31, 2007, the city of Indianapolis, led by Colts owner Jim Irsay and Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson, officially announced details about their intentions to bid for Super Bowl 2011. Indianapolis would have hosted the game at Lucas Oil Stadium, which opened in the late summer of 2008 in case they were chosen. They get Super Bowl 2012, to be played the following year, instead.
- On February 21, 2007, the Glendale City Council came to a consensus to prepare a bid to host Super Bowl 2011, even though the city and University of Phoenix Stadium already was scheduled to host 2008's Super Bowl XLII.
- On January 25, 2007, Super Bowl VI MVP Roger Staubach was named chairman of the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Bid Committee, heading the Metroplex's bid effort. On February 13, 2007, Mayor Robert Cluck and the Arlington City Council passed a resolution supporting the North Texas Bid Committee. On March 28, 2007, Mayor Laura Miller and the rest of Dallas City Council passed a resolution agreeing to back the committee's efforts.
Among these bids, the NFL owners voted to select the North Texas site, the Dallas Cowboys Stadium on May 22, 2007 to be the official venue of the Super Bowl 2011.

Let's have a break first from the Super Bowl 2011 updates as the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa nears to its finals on July 11.
No doubt that football is the most watched sports in the world. This is evident through the millions of watchers in every major football game such as the Premiere League, the FIFA World Cup, USA's Super Bowl, etc.
Having said that, we chose two of the most famous football events of all time and these are Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup. Between the two, which football event do you think has the most number of viewers?
I think Super Bowl wins over FIFA World Cup in terms of viewership. As a whole, the World Cup is definitely bigger than Super Bowl as it is made up of various different games. As a single game, however, the Super Bowl is bigger than any single game of the World Cup. According to some statistics, the Super Bowl event generates around 800 million viewers worldwide for 3 hours of football game.
In addition, the National Football League, in general, is the biggest and most lucrative football league in the world with 19 teams and is worth more than 1 billion dollars. Advertisers are spending a lot of money to market their products and services to the millions of watchers and supporters of Super Bowl. As a matter of fact, it costs a company around $8 million dollars to run a 30-second commercial during the Super Bowl big event.
With this in mind, I am excited as early as now to the Super Bowl 2011 event which will happen next year on February 6, 2011. Standby here at Super Bowl 2011 live stream as we will be blogging live on that date to bring you the latest scores and happenings on the day of the match itself.

As the host of next year's Super Bowl 2011, the Dallas Cowboys expects to win next year's Super Bowl 2011 to be held on February 6, 2011 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Roger Staubach, Chairman of Super Bowl 2011 committee expressed their intention to bid for future Super Bowl Championship games. According to ESPN, the Dallas Cowboys is specifically looking forward to bring the game back to Cowboys Stadium in 2016, that is Super Bowl 2016 or Super Bowl 50.

As early as now, people are already making their bets on who will win in next year's Super Bowl 2011 championship game which will be held at Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on February 6, 2011.
One of those who made their Super Bowl 2011 winning odds and bets is Players Only. According to them, the team of Indianapolis Colts is the top team which will probably win in next year's Super Bowl 2011. Other teams expected to win Super Bowl 2011 are the following: San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints (this year's Super Bowl 2010 champion), New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, and Green Bay Packers.
Looking at their total winnings in the entire history of Super Bowl championship games, the Pittsburgh Steelers have won the most Super Bowl games with six champions. They were followed by the teams of Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers which both have won five Super Bowl championships.
Having mentioned these facts, who do you think will win next year's Super Bowl 2011? What will be the performance of this year's Super Bowl championship winner which is New Orleans Saints? Will they still be the winner next year? Will they be able to at least join the Semi Finals Round? I am really excited to watch Super Bowl 2011 Live Stream next year to find out.
How about you, what are your predictions in next year's Super Bowl 2011? Who do you think will be the final two teams from both American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL) who will clash in the battle of the best of the best football teams in America?

In preparation for the upcoming Super Bowl 2011 which will be held at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington Texas, the North Texas Super Bowl 2011 committee will launch a volunteer program in 2010 NFL Draft Day to fill in one and only one of the following needed volunteers: NFL Experience Volunteers, Airport Greeters, Hotel Welcome Guests, Transportation Volunteers, and Office Operators to assist in various tasks. They will act as the greeters and happy faces in Super Bowl 2011.
Accordingly, based on the requirements, all Super Bowl 2011 volunteers must be 18 years of age by November 2010. A driver’s license or state ID is also required. For the procedures on how to join the volunteer program, Amanda Whitelaw, the Super Bowl 2011 Host Committee’s Volunteer Services Manager, said: "You don’t have to be at the stadium on Draft Day to become a volunteer. You just need to log-in online. Just click ‘Volunteers’ on our website then you can click ‘Register Now.’ Online registration opens April 22 and will not close until sometime in the fall."
Tony Dorsett, Chairman of the Super Bowl 2011 Host Committee said: "Volunteers do not get tickets to the game, work inside Cowboys Stadium that Sunday, or have access to player autographs and photos. But they’ll get a lifetime memory out of participating in North Texas’ first-ever Super Bowl and an official uniform to keep."
For the FAQs of the Super Bowl 2011 Volunteer Program, you can refer it here. For more updates on the upcoming Super Bowl 2011, just tune in to us. We will also have a Super Bowl 2011 live stream coverage on February 6, 2011.

The Dallas area will host its first Super Bowl when Super Bowl XLV will be played at new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington on Feb. 6, 2011. Overall, this will be the third Super Bowl held in the state of Texas, as Houston hosted Super Bowl VIII at Rice Stadium in 1974 and Super Bowl XXXVIII at Reliant Stadium in 2004.
With a capacity expandable to 110,000, new Cowboys Stadium will be the largest to host a Super Bowl since the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. hosted 98,374 fans for Super Bowl XXVII.
In addition to hosting Super Bowl XLV, Cowboys Stadium will host the 2009 and 2010 Big 12 championship games, the Cotton Bowl, the 2010 NBA All-Star Game and the 2014 men's Final Four.

The Super Bowl 2010 event was just finished and a lot of preparations are now ongoing with regards to next year's Super Bowl 2011.
Super Bowl 2011 next year will require a dramatic but temporary overhaul of parts of the North Texas transportation system, including a temporary rail station in Arlington and changes to highway lanes.
Speaking in great detail, Michael Morris, a host committee member and transportation director for the North Central Texas Council of Governments, talked about plans for rails, highways and buses.
There also will be transportation VIP treatment for groups ranging from league executives to the thousands of media members covering the Super Bowl.
"You have a lot of customers with high-end needs," Morris said. "So you have to layer your transportation system and provide the services for each of those groups, from the NFL owners to the NFL teams to obviously the teams. ... This is not a cookie-cutter initiative."
Morris said special consideration will be given to the obvious – team buses driving to the Super Bowl, as well as media buses traveling to press conferences and league officials going to organized events.
A large part of the transportation effort also will involve getting people out of their rental cars and into trains. Morris said transportation agencies plan to offer a one-week rail pass during the Super Bowl to cater to those from out of town.
Rail stops already exist near major Super Bowl venues, including the NFL Experience at the Dallas Convention Center and Taste of the NFL at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
Commuter rail service also will arrive temporarily in Arlington on Feb. 6, 2011. Transportation officials are negotiating with the Union Pacific Railroad to use their rail line, which passes about a mile from Cowboys Stadium.
If everything runs smoothly, transit agencies will send 10,000 people to the Super Bowl on commuter rail trains. A temporary station is planned for a site just north of Arlington City Hall, near Center Street.
Bill Lively, president and CEO of the North Texas Super Bowl Host Committee, said the region will have to be aggressive in marketing this temporary service.
"It won't be live the day before or the day after," he said about rail service to Arlington. "No one here is going to be familiar with it. No one from out of town is going to be familiar with it."
Morris said South Florida officials hoped that about 3,000 people would use rail to get to Sun Life Stadium for the Pro Bowl last week. He said the projections turned out to be nearly 10 times too high, but they were hoping for better numbers for the Super Bowl today.
The North Texas rail effort could cost at least $250,000. The plan also calls for shuttle buses to use dedicated lanes on Center and Mesquite streets to take fans the rest of the way to and from the stadium.
The rail ticket probably would be sold in advance and would only be available at the last minute if capacity were still available. Lively said it would cost significantly less than parking at the stadium.
Morris said the proposed North Texas rail deal would allow the Union Pacific to transfer its freight trains to the Trinity Railway Express line just north of Arlington during Super Bowl Sunday. That's a major break from the usual North Texas transportation system. Arlington does not have rail service, and the TRE is closed Sundays for maintenance.
If this deal can't be finalized, Morris said fans could use the TRE line and its CentrePort/DFW Airport station, which is about six miles northeast of the stadium.
He said using the Union Pacific line would allow the host committee to transport more fans via rail, shorten the shuttle trip and reduce the number of buses required.
Although rail will be heavily emphasized, buses with a high-tech twist will remain one of the most important elements of the transportation plan.
On Super Bowl Sunday 2011, Morris said he expects to have about 400 to 500 buses transporting officials, guests and others to Cowboys Stadium. Each private coach will be monitored by GPS to determine whether it's following its recommended route.
"The security algorithms know when a bus deviates from its route," Morris said.
They'll also receive real-time information to help them avoid backups if necessary. More speculative but potentially as important, Morris said he'd like to work with GPS to factor in the Super Bowl traffic patterns.
"They might have the typical situation when they route you," he said about the navigation systems. "Super Bowl travel congestion is not typical.... The message right now would turn off your navigation system. By the time we have the Super Bowl, we might be able to integrate the information."
